Red is full flavor, Gold is light, Green is menthol. I've smoked several cigarettes of the Red over the past few months. Taste is smooth and light; similar to Kentucky Select. Price is a dollar cheaper ($9.99) than Traffic at a local tobacco store. I've seen this online for only $7.00 for a pound bag.
Greetings!
ReplyDeleteNative blends are cool because tobacco is a Native tradition and came to America's early European colonial settlers from Native tribes.
I smoke a pipe and would like to try Native looseleaf tobacco. I have two problems though.
1. There are a ton of blends and brands like Cherokee, Seneca's Nectar, Ohserase's Ten Point/ Signal/ Dean's/ Farmer's Gold. I don't know which of these go best in a pipe. On top of that, each of these comes in Red Full Flavor vs. Smooth Light versions. Red means more nicotine, but does smooth light actually mean less literal "flavor" besides the nicotine issue?
2. These blends just come in bog 6-16 oz bags, but I really just want a little bit to try.
There's a free pipe club that I belong to online, Speakeasy.club
We talk alot about blends and I've made posts there talking about Native blends like Six Nations. I'd like to invite you!
All the best.
